The Company
We are a family business founded in 2010 to deliver property management and development services. We buy, refurbish, let and sell quality properties of all kinds. If you have a house or flat to let, we will also provide you with a professional letting and management service giving you an income and peace of mind that your property is in good hands.
The Team
Three generations of our family have joined together, bringing their huge range of skills, experience and resources to assist in creating this company and bringing you the homes you want. The older members of our team bought their first house in 1982 and since then all of us have carried out the successful purchase, refurbishment and sale of properties ranging from tiny victorian terraces to large, detached stone houses and more modern brick homes.
Malcolm is the Chairman
After gaining masters degrees at the universities of Oxford and Aston, Birmingham Malcolm had a highly successful career in public service to the most senior level, With a specialism in public protection and building safety he has now moved on to chair this family business and pass on the high standards of safety and customer service that have been a hallmark of his previous commitments. Your home is the place where you need to feel the security to get on with enjoying your life. It is Malcolm's aim to see that you can do just that.
Nikki is the Managing Director
Having run numerous businesses in challenging conditions from the inner city to rural environments, Nikki is ideally placed to manage the acquisition, refurbishment, sale or letting of the home you need.
Pam is our PA and Interior design consultant.
Pam has half a century of experience in designing interiors and creating homes that are both cosy and functional. You can be sure that our homes will be tastefully decorated and a place where you can relax.
Marc is our Marketing Executive
Ever since leaving full time education, Marc has worked at a senior level in technical marketing. This has given him an unrivalled understanding of matching the needs of facilities provided by our properties to the requirements of our buyers and tenants. With Marc we can be sure of finding the right home for your needs at an affordable price.
Tara provides legal support, tenant appraisal and administrative support
Having graduated with an honours degree from York University and with a working placement in a leading law firm while still in full time education, Tara has chosen to put her experience to good use immediately with us. Whether you are a seller, a buyer or a tenant, Tara will ensure that all documentation is in order to make sure you are fully protected and can enjoy your new home in peace.
